STEM zone’ coming to Fiesta of Flight
While attending the 2020 Fiesta of Flight Air and Space expo at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, airshow-goers are scheduled to also have the opportunity to stop by the science, technology, engineering and mathematics displays on the flightline.

Team XL takes on active shooter exercise
Laughlin personnel participated in an active shooter training at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, July 22, 2019. A simulated suspect barricaded himself in a small room and tested the defenders’ ability to respond to a hostage situation. Exercises like this one are aimed at bolstering crisis readiness and response capabilities.
