A class of 30 Civil Air Partol cadets graduated from a week-long immersion course at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, June 16, 2017. Cadets in the Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training Familiarization Course experienced a condensed version of what actual pilot trainees at Laughlin go through in their 52-week training. Those who attended the SUPT-FC had an opportunity to learn emergency procedures, flying patterns, weather analysis and flight simulation just like a Laughlin pilot would. All Laughlin members are invited to attend Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training Class 17-10's graduation ceremony June 9, at 10 a.m. in Anderson Hall, here.
Col Brian Runkle, 47th Operations Group commander, will be the guest speaker, and awards will be given to stand-out members of the class.
Laughlin graduates more than 300 pilots annually.

Default Air Force Logo Memorial Day ceremony observed by base Airmen, Del Rio
