Laughlin gathered its best and brightest to celebrate the 2018 Annual Awards Ceremony, at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, Jan. 26, 2019. Winners of each category from the base’s groups met, along with Chief Master Sgt. LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Laughlin gathered its best and brightest to celebrate the 2018 Annual Awards Ceremony, at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, Jan. 26, 2019.
