Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas --

Rank/Name: Maj. Darren James

Date of CoC: June 17, 2016

Group/Squadron: 47th Force Support Squadron

Previous position: Air Command and Staff College student

Hometown: Hornell, New York

Hobbies: Hunting, fishing, playing golf and spending time with family

Vision:   My leadership vision is to earn the trust, loyalty, and commitment of each force support member and Team XL to become a family and a better team than what we are today.  Additionally, I want to leave the Force Support Squadron prepared for the innovative challenges that our Air Force will face in the future.  To do this, we must build a resilient team that can endure those challenges with the wingman that they have by their side because “taking care of Airman is what we do!”
