ALS is a five-week course preparing senior airmen for positions of greater responsibility through instruction in leadership, followership, written and oral communication skills and profession of arms.

“Don’t quit, go harder and continue to push the needle forward,” said Senior Airman Kayla Staten, ALS Class 25-F graduate.  “Be excellent.  Not because you are being told but because you simply are.”

Students gain an understanding of their role as military supervisors and how they contribute to the overall goals and mission of the Air Force.
