LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The 47th Flying Training Wing is excited to announce the initial performer list for the 2026 Fiesta of Flight Open House, Airshow, and STEM Expo, which will take place Saturday, March 28, 2026.
The event will showcase Team XL’s mission to Develop Mission-Ready Resilient Airmen, Leaders and Families, and will feature various aerial acts and static aircraft from across the country.
Scheduled performers include:
- Air Combat Command’s F-35 Lightning II Demonstration Team
- USAFA Wings of Blue Jump Team
- Laughlin’s T-6 Texan II and T-38 Talon
- A-26 “Night Invader”
- C-47 Skytrain “That’s All Brother”
- P-51 Mustang Heritage Flight
- TrojanPhylers T-28 Formation
- And More!
The show will also feature modern and historical static display aircraft, such as the F-35 Lightning II, F-22 Raptor, F-16 Fighting Falcon, C-17 Globemaster, KC-135 Stratotanker, Laughlin heritage tail aircraft, and many more.
“Laughlin is thrilled to open our gates to the local community, offering the public a firsthand look at what Team XL and the World’s greatest Air Force are all about,” said Maj. Neal Molzon, 2026 Fiesta of Flight Airshow director. “As event day approaches, our team is working tirelessly to create a memorable and exciting show for everyone to enjoy.”
Fiesta of Flight will also include a STEM Expo showcasing aspects of science, technology, engineering, and math within the Del Rio community and government service.
The event will also feature other family friendly activities including a kid’s zone, food vendors, merchandise booths, and activities for children.
