LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Steve Rosalez, 47th Maintenance Directorate, stands next to a U.S Flag at Laughlin. Rosalez is calling for worn, torn and faded flags to be retired at 6 p.m., Sept. 11 at the Val Verde County Fairgrounds Grandstand.
