Congressman's staffer visits Laughlin
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Lt. Col. Dee Katzer, 47th Civil Engineering Squadron commander, presents a plan to rebuild Laughlin’s enlisted dormitories to Erasmo Valles, a staffer from Congressman Ciro Rodriguez’s office, as Col. Michael Frankel, 47th Flying Training Wing commander, and Alissa Tovar, legislative assistant to Congressman Rodriguez, look on.
