47th Operations Group change of command

LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Col. Martin Schans, incoming 47th Operations Group Commander, watches as Robert Fellows, T-6 Texan II Aircraft Attendant, peels back the tape to reveal the new commanders name on a T-6 Texan II.
