Hupe devised a formal training plan for every non-flying day in order to continue meeting the demands of Phase Three Student Undergraduate Pilot Training. He spearheaded the recording of more than 15 hours of flight room academics, created 21 online exams, and hosted more than 11 hours of virtual briefings and emergency procedure training for eight students--all while maintaining the formal foundation that is usually built with daily student-instructor interaction in a flight room environment.
