Why she XLed: Addison is an elite assignment counselor, advising 30 pilot graduates on training requirements needed to advance in training, boosting Laughlin’s primary mission. She led student pilots’ out-processing and formal training actions, and her efforts paved the way for $4.5 million in travel, training and PCS funds. Addison processed 102 students’ individual reports, facilitating 26 critical training programs that pilots need to graduate, getting more pilots into the fight. Addison identified and corrected 15 discrepancies on training reports, ensuring there were zero students missing their class and with no PCS discrepancies. Addison also out-processed 30 student pilots, assisting and implementing a new customer service schedule, boosting her unit’s production.
