Laughlin will be auctioning off several boats from the Southwinds Marina at the Family Camp on base, June 21, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

"It is free to enter and open to all Department of Defense cardholders," said 1st Lt. Jessica Domincovitch, 47th Force Support Squadron chief of outdoor recreation section. "There will also be a non-appropriated funds sale, food, and games for kids."

Due to the lakes low water level, the marina cannot rent out boats and is selling some boats that need maintenance, explained Domincovitch.

"There are six boats for sale: five speed boats and one pontoon," said Domincovitch. "All six have motors that need to be replaced so they are fixer-uppers but should sell at a low price!"
