LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Job title and unit: 47th Medical Operations Squadron aerospace physiology

Why he XLed: He inspected $1,500 in life support equipment, maintained $1,700 in training devices, and trained 90 undergraduate pilots while averting syllabus deviations. He enhanced the aerospace and operational physiology and crafted a heritage room and historical patch memorabilia. He performed Inside Observer duties, flew eight chamber flights, and assisted two student reactors while reinforcing hypoxia treatment procedures. He instructed cabin pressure and night pressure courses. He educated 65 student pilots on aircraft systems and vision limitations while maintaining incredible situational awareness. He installed a classroom speaker system, restoring audible range for video demonstrations and enhancing training capability.
