Laughlin's Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory is responsible for ensuring devices designed to provide precision readings, regarding weight, temperature, pressure, electrical currents and more, are as accurate as possible.

Their duties can range from maintaining the scales used at the base gym to the instrument gauges on Laughlin's aircraft.

PMEL's mission is essential to the Air Force, and the Airmen who work here each day were photographed on the job Feb. 26, keeping critical equipment calibrated.
