Job title and unit: 47th Medical Support Squadron resource management office flight chief

Why she XLed: She acted as interim squadron superintendent for three months, and during that time she prepared 43 squadron personnel for the Health Services Inspection which was vital to the 47th Medical Group's "Excellent" rating. She completed her Community College of the Air Force degree. She managed the medical temporary duty program assisting with the execution of a $4.9 million budget and management of 1,000 medical documents and secured care for 3,700 members. Her work in securing manning assistance alleviated shortfalls in the 47th Medical Group, preventing any mission impact, and she acted as patient administration disaster chief during wing exercise being named "Best Performer" by the wing exercise evaluation team.

If you could spend one hour with any person, who would it be and why?: I would definitely enjoy an hour with Jacob Barnett. Any kid genius who could teach me some math tips and tricks and make it stick would be enough to spark and maintain my interest for far more than an hour.
