Why he XLed: He is the status of resources and training system manager and revamped the wing SORTS program that lead to an "Excellent" rating on the command post portion of the consolidated unit inspection. During the CUI his flawless performance on the exercise earned him recognition as a professional performer. He also manages the operations reporting program where he improved systems processing and training. A commander's guidebook he created was benchmarked by Air Education and Training Command.
