Why she XLed: She is a force multiplier. She filled in as section NCO in charge for four months, screening 912 patients during that time with only 50 percent manning. She dispensed 563 pieces of eyewear to 281 personnel, helping numerous deployers and boosted the wing equipment individual medical readiness to 100 percent. As pharmaceutical manager, she kept medications available for potential problems while maintaining 100 percent compliance with zero write-ups. Her work as corneal refractive surgery manager saved $36,000 and improved the vision of numerous personnel for mission operations.
