Why he XLed: He created and implemented the outstanding travel order process, which automatically notifies late members and was recognized by Air Education and Training Command. He also developed an automated Non-Appropriated Funds report to SharePoint making the 47th Flying Training Wing compliant with Air Force reporting standards. Designed financial management tool in automated funds reprogramming that is highly efficient and low error audit ready for the wing and coordinated 47th Flying Training Wing contract reductions potentially saving as much as $1.4 million for Laughlin.
