The Val Verde Library, The Red Cross of Del Rio, Del Rio Children's Shelter and the Del Rio High School Band are just a few of the charitable organizations that LOSC provided funds for in past years. Additionally, LOSC scholarships are available to high school seniors regardless of military affiliation. Applications will be available Feb. 20 and must be submitted by March 19. E-mail LOSC for more information on applying. The theme this year is "A night on the red carpet". There is no required dress code, but suggested dress is Texas cocktail. "The Ramada will be decorated with Hollywood glamour, including a red carpet. With a combined effort from Laughlin and Del Rio, we know this event will be a great success," said Murphy.
