LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas --  Good cheer has been flowing through Laughlin Thursday morning as leadership notified 22 staff sergeants they had been selected for promotion to technical sergeant. The following Laughlin members were selected for promotion to technical sergeant:
