The annual Air Force Assistance Fund is less than two weeks away and Laughlin's members are ready to go.

The AFAF is an organization that was created to raise funds for charitable affiliates that support the Air Force family. These organizations are the Air Force Aid Society, Air Force Enlisted Village, Air Force Village and the General and Mrs. Curtis E. LeMay Foundation.

Volunteers from each of Laughlin's units have stepped up to serve as unit project officers for the campaign. Their primary duties will include spreading word of the campaign and facilitating means for people to donate.

The following are the primary UPOs for Laughlin:

47th Comptroller Squadron: Staff Sgt. Nicole Winn
47th Maintenance Directorate: Master Sgt. Stephen Keltgen
47th Operations Group staff: 1st Lt. Dominic Teich
84th Flying Training Squadron: Capt. Shawn Chaney
