Air Force's top chaplain speaks at Laughlin's National Prayer luncheon
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Chaplain (Maj. Gen.) Cecil Richardson, Air Force chief of chaplains, speaks at Laughlin’s National Prayer luncheon March 2. The theme of the luncheon was ‘Courage in Trouble’ and Chaplain Richardson spoke about how to be strong while enduring tough situations. More than 150 Laughlin members attended the luncheon.
