A soft opening of the bar was Jan. 21, but the official grand opening ceremony is this Feb. 4. In attendance will be Gen. (Retired) William Looney and Maj. Gen. (Retired) Gerald Prather. General Looney will be performing the ribbon cutting. Friday, Feb. 4 is also a drop night for Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training class 11-05, which begins at 7:00 p.m.
