XLer of the Week
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – The T-38 Phase Cell Group, of the 47th Maintenance Directorate, poses with Col. Craig Wills, 47th Operations Group commander, after the entire unit was presented the XLer of the Week award August 18. Among other things, the group’s leadership said they continually go above and beyond to ensure future pilots fly the safest aircraft possible. The XLer is a weekly award chosen by 47th FTW leadership and given to those who consistently make outstanding contributions to Laughlin and their unit.
