The Air Force Survey Team recently extended the deadline for responding to the 2008 Air Force Climate Survey to Dec. 14.

Previously, they'd sent a survey link to each Airmen, contractor and civilian working here at Laughlin in an effort to obtain information about the environment in which each of you complete the Air Force mission.

While participation is voluntary, I want to personally encourage each of you to complete the 2008 Air Force Climate Survey, which will ask very direct questions ranging from the amount of workload you're currently experiencing to the impact deployments are having on you and your office.

General Norton Schwartz, Air Force Chief of Staff, has assured us "that your identity is protected with the most advanced information-masking reporting software available."

With that being said I welcome your most frank and honest input to make sure we are and continue to operate at the levels of professionalism we are known for.

Each of you should have already received your personalized link via email. If you have not, please contact Tech. Sgt. Alvin Himantog, 47th Force Support Squadron manpower analyst, at Alvin.himantog@laughlin.af.mil or 298-5970. The last day to complete the survey is Dec. 14, so be heard today!
