MPF Airmen are responsible for updating and processing members’ data and personnel records, ranging from assignment notifications, to awards and decorations. They also assist Airmen with accessing their virtual MPF and answering general questions about their personnel issues. “I like my job because it gives me the opportunity to meet people,” said Airman Umali. “Every time someone new comes to Laughlin, I get to meet them.
