Maj. Gen. Timothy Leahy, Curtis E. LeMay Center for Doctrine Development and Education commander, and Vice Commander of Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala., will be the guest speaker and awards will be given to stand-out members of the class. Laughlin graduates more than 300 pilots annually.
