LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Unit and job title: 47th Communications Squadron cyber operations apprentice

Why he XLed: Wright drove cell phone support by activating and configuring four IPhones that provided 24/7 command and control operations to Laughlin's senior leaders. He is a 47th Communications Squadron Fantastic Four representative who helped rally members for fundraisers and professional development seminars. He closed 20 trouble tickets, two work orders and configured 40 laptops that prevented four wing mission shortfalls. As a Feds Feed Families campaign representative he collected 300 pounds of food that helped provide meals to 48,000 people. Lastly, Wright was a unit technician refresh member and set up four tablets and mobilized command and control NIPERNet capabilities to squadron leadership.
