LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Job title and unit: 47th Civil Engineer Squadron, geobase program manager

Why he XLed: Gomez trained three Airmen with essential on the job training to develop their skillsets. He visually captured 13 active projects totaling $22.3 million making the 47th Civil Engineer Squadron's activities more transparent for a Wing briefing. He also provided installation boundary data by capturing 5,600 acres in support of the Installation Complex Encroachment Management Action Plan and real property appraisal.
