Delgado 47th Flying Training Wing Public Affairs LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The Losano Fitness Center will be offering youth aerobic classes on Saturdays throughout the month of February. "Youth fitness builds strength, coordination, confidence, and groundwork for a healthy lifestyle," said Elaine Treviño, Losano Fitness Center fitness coordinator. "Through physical activities, children learn about sportsmanship, setting goals, overcoming challenges, teamwork and the value of practice." The classes will be from 9 to 9:30 a.m. and are open to youth ages 8 to 16. The classes being offered include yoga, advanced fitness, Zumba, and Tabata kickboxing. "We are hoping these classes can give children the opportunity for their familes to make fitness a regular routine," said Treviño.
