LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Job title and unit: 47th Force Support Squadron, NCO in charge of readiness

Why she XLed: Westley managed the readiness program by providing eight deployment and reintegration briefs. Her efforts eased home and work transitions and helped mold resilient forces. She coordinated with the Del Rio High School Science Club to lead a community message video for 35 deployed Airmen. She also spearheaded an event in connection with Hunt Housing to deliver holiday dinners for two families of deployed members.
