LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Job title and unit: 47th Maintenance Directorate T-6 Texan II aircraft scheduler

Why he XLed: Cirricione performed detailed, quarterly T-6 inspection data reviews and organized a production effort that led to a 97.2 percent T-6 maintenance scheduling effectiveness rate. He built a maintenance plan for division chiefs and enabled production efforts which led to an 18.5 percent increase of T-6 mission capable rates. He also streamlined a maintenance plan to provide aircraft for daily schedules which beat the Air Education and Training Command sortie scheduling effectiveness standard by 4.1 percent.
