Aerobathon scheduled for Saturday

The Losano Fitness Center will be holding an aerobathon Saturday, Jan. 11 between 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This event is free and open to any Laughlin members.

"The aerobathon is a program to introduce what Losano offers for aerobics," said Marisa Magaña, 47th Flying Training Wing aerobics instructor.

This event will be a sampling of zumba, spin, zumba toning, advanced fitness, tabata and yoga.

"There will be multiple instructors at the aerobathon to make sure the beginners are doing everything correctly," said Magaña. "This will not only help people understand what Losano offers, but also boost everybody's fitness level."
