SUPT Class 13-15 set to graduate Published Oct. 2, 2013 By 47th Flying Training Wing Public Affairs LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- All Laughlin members are invited to attend the Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training Class 13-15's graduation ceremony at 10 a.m., Oct. 4 in Anderson Hall here. Retired Maj. Gen. Carl Skinner will be a guest speaker, and awards will be given to stand-out members of the class. Laughlin graduates more than 300 student pilots annually.
