Why she XLed: Second Lt. Anna Clapp processed Air Education and Training Command form 29B’s for 25 lieutenants. As the transition flight safety officer, she oversaw 120 high-risk-activity forms and coordinated 20 safety briefs for 120 students. As the building manager, she was responsible for 20 fire inspections and work orders that helped ensure the safety of more than 800 personnel. She helped plan the Red Flag temporary duty assignment with zero mishaps; which consisted of three nations and 10 aircrafts. Lastly, she coordinated taskers to nine squadron executive officers.
