LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas - Three 87th Flying Training Squadron instructor pilots, Lieutenant Col. Jeffrey W. Davidson, Maj. Dean A. Stephens and Capt. Brian D. O’Neil, shared a $10,000 Innovative Development Through Employee Awareness award for their creation of a Break-in-Training syllabus here March 6th, 2002.
