Laughlin Xler: Ashlyn Marble
Ashlyn Marble, 47th Logistics Readiness Flight secretary office automation, is a recipient of the weekly XLer award on Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, Sept. 8, 2016. Marble was chosen by wing leadership as this week’s XLer for her outstanding contributions to her unit and Laughlin. Marble lead unit suicide prevention training, training 11 personnel how to identify suicidal behavior and trends, ensuring her wingmen are prepared and educated. She coordinated 11 vehicle accident and abuse packages by building wing vehicle reimbursement tracking system, securing $54,000 in repairs. Marble drove student squadron spouse planning efforts; she cooked and supported two flights, and hosted a resiliency and morale event for 23 students. She managed tracking for the unit Supply Management Activity Group account through coordinating with two wings and validated a $60.2 million budget, supporting 216 aircraft and 36 engines.
