The Flight Medicine Clinic provides acute, routine, and wellness primary care services by appointment to enrolled TRICARE Prime beneficiaries assigned to a flight physician as their Primary Care Manager (PCM). The clinic also conducts occupational health and required pre-employment examinations.
Clinic services are available Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Laughlin Medical Group is closed on weekends and federal holidays.
Return-to-fly walk-in hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. These visits are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. The Quick DNIF (Duties Not Including Flying) Program is available during regular clinic hours.
All other appointments may be scheduled by calling Flight Medicine at (830) 298-6333, using the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal, or by presenting in person at the front desk.
The Nurse Advice Line is available 24/7 at 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273). For after-hours emergencies, patients should report to the nearest emergency room.
