Col. Samuel Milam, the Deputy Director of Intelligence, Operations, and Nuclear Integration for Flying Training, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, will be the guest speaker, and awards will be given to stand-out members of the class. Laughlin graduates more than 300 pilots annually.
