Why she Xled: She is an Air Force Recruiting Service partner and was picked to represent more than 2,400 Air Force controllers. In the partnership with AFRS, she drove more than 800 social media questions and answers and boosted recruiters' objectives. She was appointed the tower assistant chief controller where she was picked to lead a 29-member section that maintained a 28 percent sustained visual pattern operations increase. She sought and gained warranty resolution on a defective light gun repair that mitigated costs, saved six weeks in repair and $2,000 in parts and labor.
