Laughlin XLer – 2nd Lt. Kathleen Deiters, 47th Civil Engineer Squadron

Why she XLed: Exported environmental quality compliance calendar across Air Education and Training Command and the Environmental Safety Occupational Health Compliance Assessment Management Program is now AETC standard. She accelerated ESOHCAMP merging with future comprehensive unit inspection and management control tools to improve training and closing CUI deficiencies that resulted in checklist ready statues for the squadron. She led the semiannual data call that made Laughlin the first base in AETC to complete all new phases of Enterprise Environmental Safety Occupational and Health Management Information System multimedia. She was the squadron leader that led Wingman Day. She is also a victim advocate, president of the booster club and oversees holiday events which raise moral. She also stepped up as the environmental chief in the absence of the section chief leading the Management System Team, Cross Functional Team and Hazardous Material Team.

I would probably pick Leonardo da Vinci. As a true renaissance man, he was talented in so many different areas. Between his beautiful masterpieces and scientific studies, there is bound to be plenty to talk about!
