Why she XLed: She is an expert leader. She maintained 100 percent accountability for $2 million and 1,040 flights this week alone. Her ingenuity saved $4,000 per year and 220 man hours when she implemented a storage program for technical activity reports. She reduced system profile errors by 90 percent and is a role model to more than 260 individuals. She also served as the master of ceremonies at the recent Prather Street dedication ceremony.
