Why he XLed: He worked nights and weekends to negotiate $413,000 in heating upgrades for 14 facilities, which helped reduce utility bill by $36,000 a year. Handled the BAK-15 aircraft barrier fix and completed it two months early enhancing aircraft safety at the U.S. Air Force's busiest airfield. Measured new markings at auxiliary airfield and removed an unsafe runway section from use and has contributed to several base events and alternate duties.
