He routinely takes on additional unpaid responsibilities as recovery lead and aircraft expediter to make sure the mission is accomplished. He has meticulously maintained five specialty vehicles in top shape with no quality assurance defects. Volunteers off duty time mentoring and coaching children's Little League Baseball and led a fundraiser event for a cancer victim in flight.
