Why he XLed: Authored 21 solutions for T-1 Jayhawk manning shortfalls and helped mitigate T-1 simulator stops. He flew additional student sorties to help squadron and flight gain days to their training timeline. He overcame the late release of Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training class 12-10's assignment drop and worked with the flight commanders of other bases to ensure on-time assignments and spent personal time helping a student pilot pass category check ride.
