The Laughlin Manor has maintained guest fulfillment with 97 percent guest satisfaction rate for the year and a 98 percent rating for July.

"The Laughlin Manor stands ready to support the mission of the 47th Flying Training Wing 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. We have an outstanding team that makes sure our guests are comfortable. I'm constantly told by guests how much they love staying with us," said Ron Wolshlager, Laughlin Manor lodging manager.

The inn has 114 rooms, including 89 standard rooms, 6 business suites and 19 temporary living facilities. The manor offers lodging for families and friends attending graduations, incoming and outgoing personnel and retirees visiting the local area.

"Staying at the Laughlin Manor is convenient because it's a safe environment that's a short distance from different facilities around Laughlin," said Debbie Churchwell, Laughlin Manor guest service manager.

Over the past few months, the Laughlin Manor hosted special event groups such as the Modular Airborne Fire Fighting Systems team, Tops in Blue, Civil Air Patrol cadets and the recent influx of new student pilots.

"Our guests enjoy that our facility is clean and well maintained. We always want our guests to feel welcome because we have a great team that can accommodate their needs," said Wolshlager.

Reservations can be made by anyone with a Department of Defense identification card. The inn offers free Wi-Fi service in every room as well as a 24-hour cardio fitness room. The Laughlin Manor also has pet-friendly units available.

"I'm very proud of my staff. They do an excellent job every day. We're a close-knit family working together. Even though we're not a big facility, we're kept on our toes," said Wolshlager.
