National Nutrition Month
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Stacee Smith, Laughlin’s Health and Wellness Center dietitian, and Staff Sgt. Kenneth Bowman, a HAWC diet technician, conduct a cooking demonstration at Laughlin’s HAWC March 16 in recognition of National Nutrition Month. Various events are scheduled to be held throughout March to promote healthy eating, including a Nutrition 101 Brown Bag Session March 26 and a tour of Laughlin’s commissary March 30.
