Why she XLed: Delgado filled a Staff Sgt. role for two months by determining news stories and the base publication timeline that informed 4,200 readers per week. She led the planning for the Wing Staff Agency picnic that entertained 80 Airmen and their families, volunteered 16 hours as a wing income tax assistant and saved Airmen $4,500 in federal and state taxes. She bolstered Laughlin's website with photo stories with 358,000, views that were seen by 138 countries. Delgado also coached a 15 member youth cheer team for 16 hours, led 160 hours of training, instructed 70 classes, and taught sportsmanship to local children.
