LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Job title and unit: 47th Flying Training Wing, chaplain.

Why he XLed: Dumag led a funeral service for an active duty Airman and delivered hope and compassion to family and friends of the deceased. He volunteered at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, by providing an ear, to hear confessions, strengthening the base's relationship with local clergy. He also sacrificed his post-deployment leave to assist a retiree with meals and transport critical to saving her house and car.
