Why he XLed: Sparks has met 100 percent of force shaping program milestones with superb coordination with Air Force Personnel Center, Air Education and Training Command and the 47th Flying Training Wing. She has instituted mass out-processing briefs, increased program awareness and slashed process time by 50 percent. Sparks is also a self-motivated learner seeking a Master's Degree in psychology, is currently enrolled in 2 courses and has a 4.0 grade point average to date.
